I was able to put a single coat on that spanned from my rubber roof coat to my aluminum siding.
So i chose to do small batches instead.

I put the liquid roof on and after one rain everything is dry.
This stuff is really thick.
The liquid roof product is very thick and the resistance against the mixing paddle was greater than the can resistance against the floor causing the can to spin and i lost a bit of product.
10 i brushed liquid roof around edges vent openings plastic pieces etc cutting in essentially.
I read some of the other reviews and i recognized that once you add the catalyst the coating gets thicker and thicker.
It is like spreading glue.

Than i coated the whole roof with the liquid rubber coating.
The liquid white epdm is reasonably as strong and protective as a solid sheet of black pond liner material and about 2 500 less.
I applied this rubber roof rv coating to my 26ft travel trailer in order to reseal the roof and to stop some leaks.
At 70 00 a gallon it s like liquid gold.

The flex sea also is the liquid rubber roof that you can rely on because it is also easy to apply and use.
It s goof proof and your only concern is whether you have the will power to really clean that roof.
Proguard liquid roof is not only safe for epdm roofs but also sticks to most any material.
I found it best to use a brush or spatula to put out several blobs of liquid roof then spread it out with a squidgy and finally us a roller to spread it some more.

It does take a full 5 days to fully cure at temps above 50 degrees but develops a skin in a couple of hours.
